autism and Asperger's syndrome

This is a support group for adults with Asperger syndrome living in the Greater London area. It is a chance to meet others, to talk about common issues, and to support and help each other.
The group currently meets on the first Tuesday of the month from 6.30pm to 8.30pm (this may sometimes vary due to bank holidays).
Why not come along and give it a try?
Meetings are held in Camden but members and visitors come from all over London. For further information, please contact Ethney Anderson at ethney@autismlondon.org.uk
Please note: New attendees must book their place in advance, as we do not accept visitors on the day who have not booked in advance of the meeting.
Entry to the meeting is £1.00 for autism london members and £3.00 for non-members payable on the evening.
There will be light refreshments/snacks available.

'Growing up with Asperger's Syndrome' by Desmond Meldrum
"My story is such that from an early age, I always seemed to have problems in relating to other people. I did not speak until I was three years old and for the first five years of my life I was subject to tantrums and unpredictable behaviour, often over the most trivial matters.........."
Desmond is happy to take questions at the end of his talk.
Future meetings will be published on this site a month in advance.
We look forward to welcoming you at the next meeting.
