Partners in Autism Network (PAN)

Autism London has funding from the Department of Health to map out existing helplines and information services that support Autism services and service users. This will be done in partnership with the National Autistic Society (NAS) and other stakeholders.

Partners in Autism Network, (PAN) will bring together organisations that support people with Autism or Aspergers Syndrome through technologies such as helplines, website information, social forums, texting, and e-mails. We will look at the quantity and quality of existing services, and discuss how we can develop and improve these services within the health and social care provision, ultimately forming a national autism helpline partnership.

The draft report is presently (June 2009) with the Department of Health.  We are currently working on a business proposal with a view to accessing further funding to take the project to its next development.  If you would like further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
